Before leaving in September to chase an International MBA in Paris, France, Jack wants to be spending his time roasting coffee and doing what he loves.
Jack's Coffee believes in the strength of connection as well as the ethical sourcing of high-quality coffee. Coffee has a story to tell. Through Jack's Coffee, you will be able to learn more about the origin and the producers of the coffee you're drinking, as well as its roaster, Jack!

Jack's Coffee Selection
Irmãs Pereira Farm - Brazil
Irmãs Pereira Farm is owned by Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria Pereira. The two sisters use a pulped natural method to process their coffee. This means that water is used to remove a portion of the coffee cherry from the seed, after which the semi-pulped coffee is set out to dry in the sun. With this method, they are able to highlight the sweetness of their coffees.
Tega & Tula Farm - Ethiopia
Jaén Province - Peru
This selection was sourced from the "LimCof Perú" cooperative in the province of Jaén, Peru. With ideal elevation, sitting at 1650-1800m altitude in the foothills of the Andes, the participating farmers produce Fair Trade Organization and Organic certified coffee and export top quality, specialty grade, coffee. This coffee, which makes up Jack's dark roast, leaves notes of toffee and almond.
The Tega & Tula Specialty Coffee Farm makes it easy to visualize the birthplace of coffee. The farm is nestled among the wild forest coffee of the famous Keffa zone of Ethiopia, where many say the first Arabica plants most likely sprouted and spread. The farm is named for the two villages it straddles, Tega and Tula. This selection is balanced and sweet with tart acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Flavors include, green grape, jasmine, tart lime and cocoa.
