About This Coffee
Irmãs Pereira Farm is owned by Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria Pereira. The two sisters use a pulped natural method to process their coffee. This means that water is used to remove a portion of the coffee cherry from the seed, after which the semi-pulped coffee is set out to dry in the sun. With this method, the farm is able to highlight the sweetness of their coffees.
